Special event insurance works like most types of insurance, in which the company collects premiums from the insurance holder and pays for certain charges at specific events. The costs of insurance premiums vary significantly depending on several variables, including estimated attendance, type of event, location, and length of event.
In general, the greater the risk, the more expensive the insurance will be.
